4 Account Security

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus eligibility applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• Legal obligation or direction from an authority.

9.1 Closure at the User's Own Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. It is advisable to withdraw any active balance before closure. Once an account is closed, it may not be possible to recover the account's information.
